Senior expert with long-standing experience in urban planning, strategic management, and project development. Born in Malatya in 1951. Recognized as one of Türkiye’s leading professionals in these fields.

Professional Experience
Began professional career in the public sector, holding senior executive positions at key public institutions in Türkiye, including the Ministries of Transportation, Village Affairs, and Tourism; the Tourism Bank of Türkiye; and the Metropolitan Municipalities of Istanbul and Ankara. During this period, assumed strategic-level responsibilities in public investment, transportation, planning, and tourism.
Following public service, transitioned to the private sector, serving in top executive roles within the Transtürk, Net, and Yapı Kredi groups. Led strategic management, finance, and organizational processes for large-scale investment projects.
Founded Atlas Project Development and Management Company in 1997 and continues to serve as its President. Under this organization, provides consultancy and project management services in strategic management, real estate investments, tourism, transportation, and related fields. Actively serves as an arbitrator in the resolution of disputes arising from domestic and international investments. Continues to hold board memberships and advisory roles across various corporate groups.
