Professional Experience

Began professional career in the United States with the Marriott Hotel Group as Assistant Operations Manager. Upon returning to Türkiye, assumed the role of General Coordinator at an Istanbul-based global real estate and tourism investment holding operating internationally. Within this role, held full responsibility for the development, branding, construction, and operational management of the holding’s real estate portfolio.

Led the delivery of numerous luxury-sector projects, including branded residences, shopping centers, spa facilities, and mixed-use developments, in collaboration with leading international brands.

In 2012, appointed General Manager of one of Türkiye’s leading investment companies, where leadership resulted in the development of a branded hotel real estate portfolio valued at approximately USD 500 million. Currently oversees the development and operational management processes of six branded hotel projects within the same organization.
