Professional Experience

Has played an active role since the early 1990s in projects shaping the shopping mall and retail sector in Türkiye. Early landmark projects include Akmerkez, Carousel, and İzmit Outlet Center.

Founded his own consultancy firm in 1997 and provided advisory services to numerous large-scale developments such as Maxi, Karada Marina, Olivium Outlet Center, Tepe Nautilus, Optimum, Armada, Kayseri Park, Korupark, İstinye Park, and Kent Meydanı.

Following the acquisition of his company by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in 2008, served as Country Head of JLL Türkiye and Head of JLL Israel. During this period, led many prestigious projects including Cevahir, Antares, Via Port, Rönesans AVM, Özdilek, Sanko Park, Malatya Park, Demir Park, Kozzy, Afium, KentPark, Gebze Center, Vialand, Zorlu Center, and Family Mall Erbil.

During the pandemic period, founded the Digital Network Alkaş (DNA) platform to develop digital solutions for the sector. In 2020, launched HAN Spaces, offering a flexible office model.
