Professional Experience

Since 1986, he has been actively working in the fields of urban planning, spatial planning, and real estate valuation. He has served as a project leader and consultant in numerous international urban planning and master plan projects, particularly in Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia) and Tashkent (Uzbekistan). He played an active role in the development of urban design decisions for the Khiva City Tourism Master Plan.

In Istanbul, he continues to provide expert witness services for courts, urban planning and zoning trainings, conferences, as well as planning and consultancy services for the private sector. Through the companies he founded, he has led and delivered a wide range of large-scale planning, valuation, and consultancy projects.

Since 2002, he has been delivering training programs at the Association of Valuation Experts, the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, the Chamber of City Planners, and various universities. His training areas include urban planning legislation, professional ethics, expropriation, valuation techniques, and planning. He also conducts professional development programs for public institutions and the private sector.
