Professional Experience

Between 1996 and 2001, worked at Zorlu Holding Construction Group as Project Manager and Group Coordinator, managing the design and construction processes of various projects.

Founded Efekta Architecture in 2002 and, under this practice, successfully completed numerous projects of varying scales both in Türkiye and abroad, primarily focusing on urban regeneration projects, tourism facilities, culture and arts buildings, educational buildings, and industrial facilities.

In 2006, designed the RMI–Betek R&D Building, which became the first building in Türkiye to receive a Green Building Certificate. The Gelal Hosiery Factory was awarded LEED Gold Certification.

Served as Vice Chair of the commission during the Urbanization Council held between 2016 and 2018.
