Professional Experience

Aydan Bozkurt entered the real estate sector during her student years and gained experience in various fields of commercial real estate at an international real estate consultancy company in the early stages of her career.

In 2005, she co-founded Propin with her partner Ebru Ersöz and has since continued her work as a Managing Partner within the company. With nearly twenty years of experience, she provides services to the four main stakeholders of the sector—investors, developers, property owners, and occupiers—in the areas of real estate leasing and sales transactions, marketing, portfolio management, market research, and feasibility studies.

Propin has acted as an intermediary in many landmark transactions in the Turkish real estate market, including Allianz Insurance’s acquisition of Rönesans Tower, the development and leasing of Bosch Turkey’s headquarters, and the leasing of Yemeksepeti’s head office. The company also contributes to the development of the sector by providing transparent and reliable market data through its regularly published Istanbul Office Market Reports.
