Hakan Gümüş was born in 1980 in Çankırı. He is a professional specialized in urban planning, real estate development, and sectoral strategy.

Professional Experience

During his university years, he actively took part in international student organizations. He served as President of the AEGEE-Ankara Branch between 2000–2001 and as a Member of the Executive Board at the AEGEE European Headquarters in Brussels between 2001–2002. From 2004 to 2005, he worked as a Project Coordinator at the European Union Turkey Youth Council.

Gümüş began his professional career at the Turkish Education Association as an International Projects Specialist. He later worked as a Real Estate Development Specialist at CarrefourSA and Best Buy. Between 2009 and 2011, he served as Leasing Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, working on projects in Erbil, Beirut, Damascus, and Abu Dhabi.

From 2011 to 2014, he worked as a Board Member and General Manager at EA Construction, where he managed the Kartal Kule and Beykonakevleri projects. In 2015, he developed the Kağıthane Atiye Residence project, and in 2016, he founded Bosphorus Invest.

Between 2018 and 2021, he provided consultancy services to proptech startups such as Gaboras, Tapu.com, and Endeksa. During the same period, he served as a producer and permanent guest on the television program “Sektör Emlak” broadcast on NTV. He also took part in residential development projects in Miami, Dubai, Berlin, and London for NEF Global. At Galatasaray Emlak A.Ş., he led the development of the Mecidiyeköy Residence project and the event area of the Ali Sami Yen Sports Complex.
